Our Camp's Will Train Your Staff

Our camp will get your assistant coaches better prepared to teach and win.

The main issue for today’s Head High School Football Coach is the constant turnover with his assistant coaches. It is becoming increasingly difficult to keep the same staff members together for any extended length of time. The turnover requires a Head Football Coach to be constantly training and retraining new staff members year after year. This obviously places a tremendous burden on a head coach who is already in many ways overwhelmed with many other responsibilities and details of his position.

Attending our camps with your team and staff will allow us to be responsible for getting your staff ready for preseason. Your staff members will be able to see every drill used in the camp by position. Your staff will be able to hear all the coaching points and comments made to players as they execute the drills. Your staff will be able to ask questions of the coaches as they work through practice. The camp staff will also present question & answer clinics between practices. Head Coaches are encouraged to bring game tape of their opponents so the camp staff can evaluate the tape and make recommendations as to how they might improve their game plans versus those opponents.
